Finally applied the "lizard" on my nails and I'm impressed as expected :) now this pic has better lighting so you'll see the nail color in full vibrancy. Hope you like as much as I do :)

September Favorites

Since we're nearing the end of September (already!), just wanted to take the liberty to share with you my favorites of this month...

Clean & Clear Morning Burst: Skin Brightening Facial Cleanser

I remember using the original version of this a couple years ago and I was always a fan of the scent.  It's obviously meant to wake you up and feel refreshed in the morning.  Now just coming back to using this range, this really made me look awake.  My skin is not dull, and since it's oil free, it doen't over-dry my skin. My go-to morning cleanser :)

NYX Concealer in a Jar in Medium

What are concealers for? :)  Love the consistency of this, coverage is great for my combo skin.  Since I haven't been using any foundation for about a week now, this is my go to for covering up my puffy under eyes, scars, and any other discoloration.

Kevin Aucoin The Pure Powder Glow in Natural

I actually got this as a Christmas gift about two years ago and was pretty ignorant about it since I wasn't familiar with Kevin Aucoin before.  Boy was I mistaken...I actually started using this ever since I saw one of Pixiwoo's (Youtube) videos and they were using this as a natural blush.  And the shade is really true to its name, very natural looking with some shimmer for added glow.  If you're looking for a more casual, relaxed look, this is a good blush to use :)

Clinique Cream Stick in Rosy Blush

Just started using this as well and it's been great since it adheres to my combo skin without added base or foundation.  And it's definitely buildable since it's a natural looking pink or rose color.  I usually use this with a foundation brush.

Maybelline Mega Plush Volume Express (Waterproof) in Very Black

Estee Lauder Sumptuous Mascara and Lash Primer Plus

These are my two (or three?) partners in mascara crime.  I start off with the Primer end and then using the Sumptuous Mascara end and top them off with the Mega Plush.  I obviously want my lashes to stand out since they are normally short and sparse :( 

OPI Nail Lacquer in Just Spotted the Lizard

I know I just blogged about this awhile and I haven't even used it yet to be honest haha.  BUT I know im going to love it because the color just looks awesome to pass up :)

New OPI buy..

Hey there..I know its a random first post for me, but I just couldn't wait to show this new OPI nail polish :)

It's called "Just Spotted The Lizard" and it's this metallic green with a nice blue hue to it.  Haven't seen this kind of color in a while and it's quite refreshing to see since we are coming in to fall.  Hope a lot of people are going to like this color just as much as I do :)
